As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding client base. Your innovative ideas and strategic approach will be instrumental in shaping the future success of our practice.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $85,000 DOE plus Bonuses

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance business opportunities
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies for business growth
  • Lead and coordinate the development of marketing materials and proposals to support sales efforts
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic business development initiatives
  • Attend all networking events as the representative of the business to connect with other businesses
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development or related field
  • Strong sales negotiation skills
  • Proven track record in managing and growing client relationships
  • Experience in B2B marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
