Reports to: Director of Marketing
Travel Requirement: 25% with a Vehicle Stipend of $550/month + Company phone
Must live in the Denver, CO area
Position is: Remote
Total Compensation Package: $100,000- 110,000

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Account Manager to
represent four of our leading brands in the physical therapy industry in Denver, CO.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare, excellent
communication skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with
physicians and other healthcare professionals. This position plays a crucial role in
expanding our network of referring physicians, driving patient referrals, and
fostering collaborations within the healthcare community.
Job Responsibilities:
Physician Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with physicians, medical groups, and other
healthcare professionals to promote the services offered by the three brands.
- Regularly visit physician offices to provide updates on our services, discuss
patient cases, and address any concerns or questions.
- Act as a liaison between physicians and our physical therapy teams, facilitating
communication and collaboration to ensure the best patient care outcomes.
Referral Development:
- Identify opportunities to increase patient referrals from physicians and
healthcare providers for each of the three brands.
- Develop and implement strategies to educate physicians about the benefits of
physical therapy offered by each brand and promote our services as valuable
resources for their patients.
- Track referral patterns and outcomes for each brand, analyzing data to identify
areas for improvement and growth.
Marketing and Outreach:
- Collaborate with marketing and outreach teams for each brand to develop
materials and initiatives targeting physicians and other referral sources.
- Organize and participate in events, such as lunch-and-learns, conferences, and
community outreach programs, to promote awareness of the services offered by
each brand and build relationships with potential referral sources.
Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned physician accounts for each
brand, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed promptly.
- Proactively communicate with accounts to provide updates on patient progress,
new services or programs, and any relevant changes to our practices.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data related to physician referrals, patient outcomes, and
market trends for each brand to inform strategic decision-making and performance
evaluations.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing key metrics, trends, and opportunities for
improvement for each brand.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare-related sales, marketing, or
account management role, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in relation to physical
therapy services and referral processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively
engage and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive
results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with CRM software preferred.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with physicians and attend events as needed.
