Join our HR team in a transformational role where your technical and analytical expertise will help us maximize all of our institution's people-related data as our Advanced Program Manager - HRIS. The Advanced Program Manager for Human Resources is responsible for managing these HR processes in our CornerStone OnDemand (CSOD) HRIS system.

You will play a lead role in HR creating clear, streamlined, well-documented, high-quality (industry standard or better, work-class service focused), replicable processes and well-documented procedures.

We have a focus on off-loading task-based processes from HR staff through; process improvement and automation, maximizing our HRIS technologies, to improve user experience and employee satisfaction.

You will lead in a very pivotal, highly technical, process-improvement-driven, collaborative, and data-focused, but people-driven role as we work diligently together to make our entire employee experience world-class.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Your role will be configuring, deploying and maintaining, HR processes in our HRIS system, Cornerstone OnDemand.

HRIS:

  • You are responsible for the UI but focused on the UX of the Cornerstone OnDemand Talent management HRIS suite.
  • You use qualitative and quantitative data to continually improve our processes and the HRIS system to increase user engagement and satisfaction.
  • Human Resources Business Process:
  • Serve in a lead role on the Human Resources team working alongside senior leadership and our team of Sr. HR Consultants
  • Evaluate, build, and improve our suite of services we offer our clients, and measure all HR outcomes that should drive results
  • Lead and perform continuous process improvement of the entire HRIS suite
  • Other Duties:
  • Research and recommend world-class human resources business processes and technology
  • Perform decision-level process and service-based evaluation to determine and recommended new, or changes to, our processes and technology
  • Professionally present and recommend findings to workgroups, stakeholders, and business process owners
  • Communicate process evaluations, decisions, and build timelines to all needed constituents
  • Compliance: Help HR monitor and ensure that the department is in compliance with Federal, state and local laws, regulations, codes, standards, policies and procedures in relation to our human resources HRIS practices

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Will serve as the Human Resources SME in; HR processes, technology, and user experience
  • Work in collaboration with IT Enterprise Systems, HR Business Analyst on HRIS and reporting needs
  • Develop, maintain and track HR metrics and reporting
  • Lead the improvement of data visualization so users can understand and best use HR data to effect change
  • Maintain the (front end-user experience and HR processes) in the Cornerstone OnDemand Talent Management system
  • Project manage and collaborate with HR-IT to install all upgrades and new releases in the HRIS suite
  • Remain current with emerging HR trends in processes and technologies
  • Keep employee development team informed and updated on any changes that will impact or make changes to the LMS module and other related training and development processes

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or other related field and
  • Two+ years of current experience in Human Resources or HR-IT that demonstrates subject matter expertise in a minimum of Employee Branding, Talent Acquisition, and HR Metrics

or

  • Candidates who possess similar minimum objective qualifications should describe in high-detail the education and work experience you regard as establishing an equivalency

Preferred:

  • Cornerstone OnDemand certifications
  • Google Suite experience
  • Experience with Ellucian Banner (HRIS)
  • Experience with The Predictive Index behavioral assessment tool

  • Ability to handle confidential information with full discretion
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple and simultaneous priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, work well under positive pressure, and deliver high-quality within agreed-upon timelines
  • Advanced reporting and analytics skills with ability to assist HR Business Partners and key stakeholders with report generation
  • Cornerstone OnDemand implementation/build experience
