Job Brief

We are looking for hard-working professionals who are ready and motivated to work only on a commission basis salary. This is a position that we prefer the professional to have at least 2-5 years of sales experience, but it is not a must. Moreover, we prefer candidates who are already selling to Medical Device Manufacturing, but again it is not a must. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and marketing skills accompanied by a positive attitude. Previous experience from sales, the medical field, and the like, are advantages.

Responsibilities

  • Develop meaningful relationships with leads and customers to encourage trust and loyalty.
  • Find and Follow up on cold and warm leads to further the sales process.
  • Find and Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and follow the sales process from quote to cash.
  • Understand and demonstrate knowledge about the product and service offerings to the customer.
  • Responsible for being a trusted partner and a single point of contact for all the prospects/ clients requirements.
  • Set and meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
  • Find potential business partners in the Medical Manufacturing field.
  • You will need to sell our Medical Device Manufacturing Services to companies or possible clients.

Requirements

  • Work experience in Sales or as a Sales Representative.
  • Outgoing and positive attitude when talking to customers.
  • Excellent communication and selling skills to market our services.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Respectful, kind, and honest.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient with sales management software or CRM (We use Hubspot).
  • Available for at least 10 hours per week dedicated to the Company.
