Job Description

The Sales Leader provides leadership and management oversight of the day‐to‐day sales operations of the NCC (National Credit Center) Automotive Credit Account Executive Sales Team.
The Sales Leader will be responsible for achieving assigned revenue objectives, coaching and development of team members, staffing, and KPI Benchmark monitoring and attainment. Responsibilities also include Pipeline growth and measurement, providing weekly forecasts, monitoring Sales Cycle activities and outcomes. The Sales Leader will coordinate with marketing to generate additional lead volume, engage State Associations, and provide specific Lead ROI feedback. The Sales Leader will collaborate with the SVP of Sales and Distribution to develop and implement sales strategy for different market segments and NCC Technology Solutions.

  • Achieve annual NCC Contracted Revenue objectives
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews with Inside Sales Leadership Team to ensure all team member pipelines are accurate and contain sufficient revenue to achieve revenue objectives
  • Deliver weekly contracted revenue forecast to SVP of Sales and Distribution
  • Participate in candidate recruiting strategy, interview process, and job fair activities
  • Establish a bench with career development path for tenured team members
  • Acquire and retain new accounts at the enterprise level
  • Responsible for identifying opportunities to increase new and existing account revenue share
  • Collaborate with SVP on sales strategy to drive topline revenue and increase overall margin
  • Analysis skill congruent with KPI Performance monitoring, coaching, trend identification skill necessary to make recommendations to improve KPI benchmarks


  • Automotive vertical experience interfacing with dealers
  • Strong technology aptitude, familiarity with various Automotive Retail SAAS Solutions
  • Automotive vertical experience interfacing with dealers
  • Experience selling Website, Chat, CRM, or Digital Marketing solutions
  • Experience building successful inside sales teams
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated success achieving annual sales quota revenue of 6mm or above
  • Minimum three (3) years of successful Inside Sales Management experience is a must
  • Experience managing through KPI/Metric discipline required
  • Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

  • Talented in motivating and developing team members to support organizational growth
  • Solid sales coaching skills that improve both activity and effectiveness
  • Ability to be hands on and have impact on a sales call
