Job Description


As a member of our Account Management Team, you will support our existing clients through exceptional customer service. You will meet with all types of clients (from small retailers to large offices from every type of industry) to further their knowledge of our company and grow our business with them.

You will survey, design and implement our systems with our clients in the field and be expected to negotiate both installation and recurring charges. You must be able to handle multiple projects at the same time. This is a part sales position and part relationship management, you will be expected to identify upselling opportunities, manage projects with client's partners as well as identify potential risks our clients may face in their day-to-day operations.

Account Managers assist with all phases of collections working side by side with our finance department. You will develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and be expected to develop new relationships as well. You will participate in an ongoing training program to develop the deep knowledge you will need of DGA, our clients, and our services.

. Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of work experience (Account Management, Sales or High-End Customer Service) combined with a 4-year college degree. In addition, the candidate must possess a strong ability to negotiate with clients both face to face and over the phone. Applicants must have exceptional communication skills, and be detail oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must also have a professional demeanor and be able to interact with sophisticated clients.

Our most successful Account Managers are able to think on their feet and adapt to the many challenges they face throughout the work day.
