Dynamic Fitness & Strength - Territory Sales Manager

As a Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing relationships in the Education Market (High School, College and Universities, Professional, as well as College Recreation and Performance Training Centers), and secondary Vertical Market (Government, Corporate Wellness, Fitness, and Gyms) in the assigned Territory Region of (OH, MI, IN, IL, KY, WV).

Ideal Candidates

· Accomplished strength and conditioning/fitness background: Fitness Sales, Coaches, Strength Coaches, Former Athletes

· Passionate about the Strength and Conditioning and Fitness Industry

· Strong communication skills

· Determination to be successful

Position Responsibilities

· Meeting assigned targets for profitable sales growth and strategic objectives in assigned geography and/or accounts

· Cultivating and maintaining business relationships with organizations

· Proactively managing customer’ satisfaction, successfully selling, and coordinating installations/deliveries of Dynamic Fitness & Strength products and services

· Responsible for maintaining all account data within CRM Systems and managing accounts through CRM to report account progress to Vice President of Sales

· Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of products, services, competitors, and company-wide marketing plans, strategies, programs, and promotions

· Managing assigned budget and maintain and submit all required sales, and expense records, open action listings, forecasts, and weekly travel calendar

· Complete required training, and development objectives within assigned time frame

· Attend scheduled sales meetings, and conferences

· Responsible for other duties as assigned


· Bachelor’s Degree required

· 2+ years sales or business development experience required

· Excellent presentation and communication skills

· Self-motivated with a determination to excel

· Ability to identify, prioritize, and target key accounts, and customers

· Ability to work as a team member

· Must have a valid driver’s license

· Submit to background check, and drug screening

· Travel required
