Overview:
  • Under the direction of the Senior Director of Business Development, the Business Development Manager is responsible for the delivery and maintenance of projects and initiatives that are directly linked to all aspects of the professional sales division
  • Work closely in collaboration with Sales Directors, Marketing, Loyalty, and Education departments to build cohesive and profitable programs, strategies, and special initiatives to drive sales and brand positioning within the professional division
Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage project schedules and follow through on set deadlines
  • Organize and manage resources, tasks, and budgets
  • Analyze risks throughout the project to avoid problems
  • Work in collaboration to build strong training programs to develop and elevate skills sets
  • Develop 360 campaigns utilizing all channels including digital
  • Manage content and visuals for the Company's Beautiful Business blog, published monthly
  • Create distributor-facing presentations to support all company focuses
  • Identify target audiences and adapt accordingly
  • Identify and help to develop graphic elements that meet the projects' objectives
  • Work to increase the value of current customers, while attracting new ones
  • Ensure KPIs for the sales department are met or surpassed
  • Delegate tasks to each member of the project team
  • Maintain existing efficiencies and brand identity.
Skills & Abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
  • Minimum of 5 years of elevated sales experience (ideally from the premium or beauty industry)
  • Bilingual (French/English), Spanish is an asset
  • Very proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Proven sales background
  • Visual
