We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented and creative team player to join our call center team! This is a full-time position in a call-center environment. The individual we are looking for is also someone that enjoys working in a team environment, and excels working at an individual level. Account Manager Liaisons develop strong relationships with customers and fellow Account Managers. They also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
Schedule: 8am to 5pm MST Monday through Friday. In-office for the first 4 weeks. Once the candidate has finished the mandatory 4 week in-office training, they can work hybrid if their wifi has the correct internet bandwidth.
Location: Provo, Utah/Hybrid
This role pays $20-$22 per hour.

Responsibilities include:
Receive incoming calls from customers. This is a phone-based role.
Build relationships with clients within the Aptive areas
Assist current account managers clients and are a liaison between the company, the customer and clients assigned account manager
Address customers’ needs as quickly and effectively as possible to maintain strong relationships through multi channels of communication
Work across various departments to coordinate scheduling and execution to maintain the best possible outcome for the Customer
Drive customer retention within Aptive through CSAT and NPS.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, refunds, and escalations as the single point of contact for the customer while maintaining a positive relationship
Clearly communicate to our customers the capabilities of Aptive’s products and services
Serve as a leader of the account process to ensure Customer Satisfaction
Maintain a thorough knowledge of product offerings
Focus on growing and developing existing clients to generate incremental business.
Play an integral role in effective on-boarding of new customer account managers and customer loyalty specialists
Communicate with Leadership Operational updates and assist other customer account managers during irregular operations.
Communicate effectively through multiple channels of communication, including but not limited to Email, Text Messaging, Video chat and Phone conversation.
Follow call center procedures and guidelines
Perform other related duties as needed
Requirements:
Customer service or call center experience required
Must have knowledge of Google Drive
Typing speed minimum of 35 wpm
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
