The Supervisor performs exempt executive work such as the daily supervision of the hourly laborers and lead persons. The primary duty entails the supervision of the sanitation lead persons and laborers in designated departments/areas of our customers plants to ensure that our team is working safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory agency, customer, and PSSI policies and procedures. Supervisors accept full accountability for day-to-day department/area responsibility. Supervisors are also involved in the interviewing, hiring, training, disciplining of the sanitation laborers. Supervisors are the first line for team member complaints and grievances. Supervisors work closely with the Assistant Site Manager, Site Manager, and Complex Manager in achieving objectives.

  • Responsible for the daily supervision of sanitation lead persons and laborers for specific areas/departments of our customers facilities.
  • Customarily and regularly directs the work of the sanitation lead persons and laborers by department/area of our customers plants.
  • Apportions work assignments among the sanitation lead persons and laborers.
  • Ensures sanitation lead persons and laborers work safely, efficiently, and in compliance with governmental, customer, and company policies and procedures.
  • Evaluates sanitation lead persons and laborers for the purpose of recommending promotions or other changes in status.
  • Ensures that the sanitation team complies with all internal company procedures and policies, including Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, and general customer service.
  • Ensures compliance with the procedures set forth in PSSI Employee Handbook, Safety handbook, and Cleaning Procedures.
  • Assists Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager implement PSSI training programs including safety training and ERP.
  • Reports and investigates all accidents.


Ability to read, write, add and subtract; six (6) months to one year of related sanitation experience; general working knowledge of computers/technology (e.g., Microsoft Excel and Word); ability to wear personal protective equipment; and ability to work in work environments with extreme temperature fluctuations.

El supervisor realiza un trabajo ejecutivo exento como la supervision diaria de los empleados por horas y los lideres. La labor principal implica la supervision de las personas lideres y los empleados generales en departamentos/areas designadas de las plantas de nuestros clientes para asegurarse que nuestro equipo esta trabajando de manera segura, eficiente y en cumplimiento con las politicas y los procedimientos de las agencias reguladoras, los clientes y PSSI. Los supervisores aceptan total responsabilidad por el dia a dia de los departamentos/ area. Los supervisores tambien estan involucrados en las entrevistas, la contratacion, el entrenamiento y la disciplina de los empleados de saneamiento. Los supervisores son la primera linea para las quejas y los reclamos de los miembros del equipo. Los supervisores trabajan de cerca con los Asistentes de los Gerentes de Sitio, Los Gerentes de Sitio y los Gerentes Complejos para alcanzar los objetivos.

  • Es responsable de la supervision diaria de los lideres y los trabajadores de saneamiento en areas/ departamentos especificos de las instalaciones del cliente.
  • Regularmente dirige el trabajo de saneamiento de las personas lideres y los trabajadores por departamento/area de las plantas del cliente.
  • Distribuye la asignacion del trabajo entre los empleados y los lideres de saneamiento.
  • Se asegura que los lideres y los trabajadores esten laborando de manera segura, eficiente y en cumplimiento con las politicas y procedimientos gubernamentales y del cliente.
  • Evalua a los lideres y los trabajadores para propositos de recomendacion de promociones y otros cambios de estatus.
  • Se asegura que el equipo de saneamiento cumpla con todos los procedimientos y politicas internas de la compania, incluyendo Servicios Tecnicos, Recursos Humanos, Contaduria, IT y servicio al cliente en general.
  • Se asegura del cumplimiento de los procedimientos descritos en el manual del empleado, el manuel de seguridad y los procedimientos de limpieza.
  • Asiste al Gerente de Sitio y al Asistente del Gerente de Sitio en implementar los programas de entrenamiento de PSSI, incluyendo el entrenamiento de seguridad y el ERP.
  • Reporta e investiga accidentes.


Habilidad para leer, escribir, sumar y restar. Seis (6) meses a un anos de experiencia relacionada al saneamiento, conocimiento general de trabajo en computadores/tecnologia (Ej. Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word) Habilidad para utilizar equipo de proteccion personal y habilidad para trabajar en ambientes laborales con fluctuaciones extremas de temperatura.


Diploma de bachiller o su equivalente, habilidades telefonicas, de reclutamiento, habilidades de entrevista y con personal, profesional, detallista, orientado en seguridad, motivado por resultados, responsable, accesible, servicio al cliente, pensador independiente, honesto, lider, motivador y maestro.
