What's On Offer?

We are looking for a Permanent Full-Time Account Manager to join our Sales team. The emphasis role is on Sales Support and Customer Success.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Relationship management and business development with existing accounts
  • Upselling and reaching out to current customers to further educate on new Windcave products
  • Business contract management
  • Inbound ticket management
  • Managing non-sales related inquiries
  • Maintaining relationships with larger partners
  • Act as a liaison between internal Sales, Logistics, and Support teams
  • Managing customer communication
  • Supporting management on pre and post sales projects

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Legal right to work in the United States (no sponsorship)
  • Microsoft Outlook and Office (Word & Excel)
  • At least two years of professional experience in a business environment preferred
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills
  • Customer focus at heart with a positive and friendly 'can do' attitude
  • Determination to commit effort and the passion to achieve set goals
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new systems
  • Ability to develop knowledge and applying new skills
  • Motivation to be a team player
  • High commitment to focus and detail orientation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
