Job Summary*
As a result of our continued success, Aeris’ Connected Car footprint and roadmap is expanding and we are seeking a Sr. Program Manager to our telematics team. This new position will play an important role in our automotive team and will be responsible for one or more critical delivery initiatives simultaneously. Reporting to the Program/Project Manager, you will collaborate across many different Aeris teams as well as our customers and technology partners.


  • Lead initiation, planning and execution for highly complex programs
  • Anticipate risks and remove obstacles and blockers that get in way of delivery
  • Ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project statuses, scope, and risk
  • Establish and maintain relationships with customers, third parties, and vendors
  • Work closely with Engineering and tech-leads to deliver high-quality, innovative software
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, Product Management, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Engineering teams to deliver programs to production launch
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Develop Practical solutions

About You*

  • 8+ years of software industry program/project management experience
  • 5+ years demonstrated success operating in highly technical environments
  • Experience in Connected Vehicle/Automotive industry
  • Knowledge of software development/Product lifecycle
  • Manage projects in hybrid Agile/Waterfall methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
  • Demonstrated experience working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-starter and able to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Exhibit flexibility; ability to multitask and keep the big picture in focus while providing clear and concise communications to tailored to each appropriate audience
  • Problem solving and analytical skills


  • Fluency in Japanese is a plus
  • Experience working with India and US time zones
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Atlassian Confluence and JIRA
