Position Summary
The Field Sales Representative will manage and build relationships with the local distributor, educate and motivate, grow volume and distribution at chain level within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate is a goal-oriented, revenue-focused individual who can quickly establish relationships with District Managers, Account Mangers & Retails Chain Accounts.
Job Functions
- Train distributor District Managers/Account Mangers on product knowledge, Polar Look of Success & pricing strategies
- 100% execution on all programmed chain activities
- Attend weekly/bi-weekly huddle calls with distributor
- Coordinating weekly route rides with District Managers/Account Mangers at assigned distributors
- Apply a sales strategy to establish a dominate presence in the NorCal Market.
- Establish/Maintain a direct line of communication to ALL levels of the assigned distributors (Sales, Merchandising, Admin etc.).
- Territory visits will be split 50/50 between Sacramento, Stockton, Modesto and East Bay markets
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of beverage sales experience and willingness to engage is sales training
- Good organizational and time management skills with ability to work alone
- Must be able to lift 65 pounds or more
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
