Kegshare is Canada’s fastest growing technology backed Keg pool. We offer customized keg rental packages to the Canadian craft beverage alcohol industry. Kegshare’s full service package includes reverse logistics, keg maintenance, and keg storage in all primary markets.


Kegshare is currently on the hunt for a Key Business Development Manager to join our team and continue to grow our market share throughout British Columbia. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who has the entrepreneurial mindset to develop our partner relationships quickly and effectively.   • Drive sales throughout British Columbia using various sales methods (in-person visits, cold calling, email communication, referrals, etc.)
  • Record sales activity, leads, and contacts in CRM system (Zendesk Sell) and prepare sales forecasts for the BC market
  • Develop “out of the box” sales strategies and marketing initiatives and share these across the team
  • Evaluate both existing and potential customer’s needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
  • Identify and address any issues that may arise with existing customers in coordination with our respective operations and/or finance teams
  • Manage and upsell existing BC Kegshare customers
  • Respond to BC customer inquiries on our live chat function
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Generate and follow through on sales leads
  • Report and provide feedback to management from the field
  • Represent Kegshare at industry events
  • Coordinate BC trade shows
  • Understand alcohol distribution regulations

  • Have working knowledge and relationships with breweries, cideries and alcohol manufacturers in the British Columbia marketplace

  • Enjoy improving systems to help the sales teamwork smarter
  • Strong email and phone etiquette
  • Professional with the ability to represent the business positively to all third parties.


  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Professional
  • Hands on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRMs (Zendesk Sell - even better!)
  • Experience with Google Drive and its affiliate programs Google Sheets and Google Docs
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
