Job Description

We are looking for a high energy, goal oriented and process driven Business Development Representative to generate interest from financial institutions in our bond trading platform, BondNav. In this critical role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads to help grow the community of BondNav users. You will partner with marketing to develop strategies for delivering well qualified leads whose pain points and needs BondNav can help solve. You will also work closely with the Account Executive Channel, responsible for cultivating, closing and driving user engagement on the platform.

Your goal will be to build Lead Generation of qualified leads for the BondNav platform. You will have a compensation structure that rewards performance for both delivering qualified leads and their engagement on BondNav.

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop leads for BondNav from registered investment advisors (RIAs), broker dealers, banks, trust departments, credit unions, insurance companies, asset managers, family offices and other financial institutions
  • Maintain a process driven Sales Funnel that demonstrates accountability that leads to high but achievable goals
  • Execute calling, emailing and social media campaigns to cultivate qualified leads
  • Develop and possess a strong understanding of the technology and services associated with the BondNav platform to present BondNav functionality to generate interest in the platform
  • Access and initiate peer-to-peer conversations with senior executes to include traders, portfolio managers, analysts and financial advisors through phone and video calls, emails and social media
  • Partner with Marketing to attract new users to the platform
  • Work closely with Account Executives to introduce Qualified leads for closing and converting into BondNav users

Education and Experience:

  • College degree preferably with a focus in finance, economic or technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Superior phone skills
  • Ability to show product features and benefits
  • Demonstrate an aptitude for using and working with technology applications
  • Able to manage multiple priorities in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • 1-2 years of related work experience in sales within technology or financial services industries preferred but not required
  • Experience with Salesforce / Outlook / Microsoft Suite helpful
  • Experience with Pardot and other email marketing software helpful

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
