Ramsey Network is the 2nd largest nationally syndicated radio program in the U.S. The Ramsey Show Podcast is the 4th show to ever cross the 1 billion download mark. Our mission is to provide biblically based, common-sense education and empowerment that give HOPE to everyone in every walk of life.

In order to reach every household, we are adding a Senior Digital Sales Executive to the Team. The right individual will understand our brand, why we do what we do, how we are successful and the duty we have to provide advertising and sponsorship that serves our audience responsibly will be key to succeeding in this position.

What Winning Looks Like:

  • Proactively identifying, qualifying, closing and growing a national account list of new accounts
  • Stewarding and growing existing Ramsey Media business
  • Understand Ramsey Network’s video and audio advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for our advertisers
  • Participation in the production process from the account management side
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly digital marketing campaign reports
  • Learn the art of serving the client with excellence through relationships

Skills Need to Win:

  • 3+ years of sales experience. Successfully closing new business while growing and renewing existing client base
  • Maintain a self-starter attitude while creating outreach strategies for new lead generation methods
  • Ability to develop and manage six- and seven-figure deals. You must be able to conduct high level conversations with decision makers
  • Display personal integrity that allows you to rise above your competition
  • Aptitude to hear the word “no” as an opportunity

Additional Preferred Skills and Experience Include:

  • Extensive knowledge of the online and broadcast marketplace
  • Experience in a combination of online and traditional broadcast advertising, or equivalency of high-level sales and account management
