Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales professional to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth within the El Paso and New Mexico region leveraging both inside and outside sales techniques. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, business development, and the ability to analyze market trends to effectively manage and expand our client base.
In this role you will be meeting with Safety Directors and HR professionals to provide them with safety footwear that will fit their employees needs.
Duties
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory targets.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyze sales data.
- Conduct inside sales activities including cold calling, follow-ups, and nurturing leads.
- Engage in outside sales efforts by meeting with clients, presenting products, and closing deals.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market analysis for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong understanding of business development principles and customer service best practices.
- Must have strong computer skills with proficiency in a CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong focus on achieving results.

Pay: $89,509.00 - $107,006.00 per year
