Job Description

Our growing office has the opportunity to bring on a new insurance sales representative to our close-knit team! In this insurance sales role, you will be marketing and selling our products to valued clients and tailoring it to their needs. You will need to be motivated, driven, and be ready to let us help you! As our newest insurance sales representative you can expect top notch training and support along the way!

Responsibilities

  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
  • Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.

Requirements

  • P&C License a BONUS
  • 3 Years of sales experience
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
