Director of Sales, Billing Company Channel

Kareo has an opportunity for you to have tremendous organizational impact, build an amazing team, and accelerate growth in a foundational channel of Kareo’s Billing clients! Be a hands on coach and maximize revenue from a team of outside/inside sales reps responsible for selling the Kareo’s Suite of products and services to our Billing Company prospects. You have high sales acumen as a leader. You are experienced in solution selling, enterprise software sales, team motivation tactics, creating goals, and sales processes. You will work closely with our executives and directors in cross functional collaboration and optimizing processes.

Your Area of Focus

  • Develop and execute a strategy with the VP of Sales to continue building momentum around an outbound sales motion
  • Continue to scale a proven inbound sales model while improving closing ratios by 20%
  • Nurture and execute a strategy to grow high potential accounts by 200% in first year of Kareo tenure
  • Introduce and implement creative ideas on how to incentivize sales teams in a fast growing, fast changing environment. Work with Sales Ops, HR, and VP of Billing Channel on strategy.
  • Evaluate and improve upon current technology stack and serve as a key stakeholder in all technology that enables sales and account management
  • Mentor, coach, and develop managers and their respective teams to hit targets while progressing along career paths
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure revenue targets from both new and base driven sales quickly convert to revenue

Your Professional Qualifications

  • Proven track record as sales leader at a successful B2B SaaS / Cloud software business selling into SMB & Mid-Market customers
  • Must have 10+ years of experience in management focused on solution selling, high velocity and/or channel sales
  • Verifiable experience building and developing teams while exceeding targets
  • Must have a Bachelor’s degree; MBA is a plus but not required
  • Expert using technology to drive performance with customer facing teams (SFDC, Outreach, Gong, etc.)
  • Domain experience in healthcare technology is a plus, but not required

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
