Job Description

Decisiv Service Relationship Management (SRM) is the industry standard for asset service management for commercial vehicles. Volvo, Mack, Peterbilt, Kenworth Hino Isuzu, Tico and Michelin, service programs are all built on the Decisiv foundation. We made that happen through the creation of our SRM Ecosystem.

The Decisiv SRM Ecosystem is built on the principle that service is most efficient when all the related people, service locations, diagnostic and telematics data, and business and financial management systems, are available in one interconnected solution. It enables direct, constant exchange of asset and service data for decision-making, approvals, and communication between every participant in a service event— service providers, fleet owners, and managers, and manufacturers, and call centers. It is a system of engagement that works as the foundation for the entire asset service management process, and it is made increasingly effective as the number of connected elements grows.

The Senior Director, Outbound Product Manager will be a cross-functional domain expert focused on driving new SRM products to market to meet revenue objectives. This includes packaging, fine-tuning, planning, and executing new products or features for Go To Market (GTM). In this effort, you will work in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing to support our primary sales plays to different customer segments in the SRM Ecosystem. Your work will be supported by Product Management, User Experience (UX), and Customer Success to ensure that our new products are positioned and adopted to drive the best possible outcomes for our customers and Decisiv. You’ll work with your peers to establish metrics, targets, and monitoring to achieve these goals. Regarding GTM, you will be specifically responsible for creating full GTM plans for new SRM products to include pricing, packaging, positioning, value proposition messaging, collateral, demonstration capabilities, onboarding, and support to drive revenue, user adoption, and market leadership. The GTM plan will also include ongoing user and market inputs to take the product to maturity. You will lead the execution of the GTM plan with Sales Operations and Pre-Sales groups, in addition to other relevant teams at Decisiv.

The Senior Director, Outbound Product Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of Customer Experience and Applications.
