Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hard Money Account Executive with experience in sales, account management, and business development to join our North Hollywood office. This role is perfect for a proactive professional who excels in managing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the overall success of LBC Capital Income Fund. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, including various brokers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners, including brokers. Ensure effective communication to meet business needs and foster mutual success.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and industry events.
- Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide insights to senior management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute business development initiatives and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Training and Development: Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay current with industry best practices.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Account Executive, Sales Executive, Business Development Manager, or in a similar role, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and brokers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- 3+ Years experience in Hard Money mortgage industry

Salary: Draw + Commission

Pay: $68,474.00 - $73,007.00 per year
