Our Account Manager team is responsible for building relationships with our customers and helping them grow and secure their business.

Our Account Manager Team is divided into Pods: Small, Medium and Large/Enterprise

As a Team Manager you will oversee Team Leads and Team Members, helping to guide them to achieving monthly and quarterly individual, Pod and Team goals.

The Team Manager role is an ever evolving one as the business learns and grows. Adaptability, clear communication and the belief that ‘best is achieved through the increments of better’, will be strong assets for the role.

This is a Remote opportunity within Canada.

What we're looking for:

    • Proven Sales leadership experience in a fast moving environment.
    • Proven success in a high quota environment is preferred but not required.
    • Great communication skills over email, chat, phone and video calls – you’re someone who’s comfortable addressing successes, challenges and solutions to team members, your peers, and the business leaders.
    • Experience in people management and career path development.
    • You have strong business acumen and know what it takes to help drive and achieve business goals & OKRs.
    • Familiarity with tactical approaches to Customer objections and Sales frameworks.
    • Experience using, Linkedin Sales Navigator and other Sales tools.
    • A background in customer centric selling is preferred.
    • It’s a bonus if you have personal experience with 1Password or another password manager. While not required, it’ll help you quickly have confidence in this role.

What you can expect (Tactical):

    • Oversee the day to day operation of your Pod(s) and Support Team Leads
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in the Team, through joining calls and coaching the Team through deals
    • Process requests from other departments and Teams to support business growth
    • Work closely with Customer Success, Onboarding and other Go To Market (GTM) Teams to ensure consistency and efficiency
    • Process reports, track forecasting and remove blockers to deals

What you can expect (Strategic):

    • Compile, analyze, and present operational data to leadership
    • Instigate, facilitate, and support initiatives tied to Business OKRs
    • Strategise on Business, Team, Pod direction and anticipate opportunities and obstacles
    • Keep a pulse on the world of cybersecurity and potential opportunities to help others get secure
