ROLE DESCRIPTION
PMI Alliance is looking for Licensed Real Estate Agents interested in flexible, contractor-based opportunities, available for either full or part-time engagement. In this role, you’ll work with clients to facilitate the buying, selling, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, and providing top-tier service to ensure client satisfaction.
This position allows you the freedom to manage your own schedule while leveraging PMI's resources to grow your business and succeed in real estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and handle transaction paperwork
- Provide expert advice and personalized customer service
- Stay updated on market trends and property values
Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate License
- Reliable mode of transportation
- Experience in real estate sales or property management
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales skills and a customer-focused approach
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred, but not required
