Job Description


The sales enablement team provides sales leaders and reps with the learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth and success. Partnering with the sales and marketing teams, the sales enablement team will develop and execute impactful, data-driven solutions for transforming the sales process. Areas of focus include onboarding new reps, minimizing time to ramp, identifying and sharing best practices, measuring productivity & effectiveness, and establishing consistency and repeatability. This role will report directly to the VP of Sales and will work closely with the Sales Operations team to execute critical growth plans for the organization.
What you’ll be doing:

Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess our enablement program
Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
Communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams
Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
Facilitate content creation and use with sales and marketing teams
Gather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategy
Use performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team
Providing the necessary support during the buying and selling processes at all stages
Maintain sales enablement software to ensure it is easily accessible while providing the capabilities sellers need


3+ years of sales, sales training, and enablement experience
Proficiency and experience with, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn, and other sales productivity tools
A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools, and training
Experience with content management
Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Excellent written and communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
Enjoy being proactive and taking initiative with new projects


You have worked at a startup or high-growth company that has moved from early-stage to C+ rounds.
You have a strong understanding of the financial services industry and/or selling into large corporations.
