We are seeking an enthusiastic sales professional to join our team and drive our success in key STRATEGIC chain customers on the East coast. This role will report into the Head of Sales.
Director East National Accounts will be responsible for the entire east-coast chain network. In this position he/she will plan, organize, and drive chain functions from conceptual state though to distribution execution. He/She will own the chain performance thru strong relationships building with our wholesaler customers and identifying and executing customer specific marketing plans to grow our brand visibility to meet or exceed marketing, financial, corporate and growth objectives. He/She will responsible to recruit and develop NE/SE KAM and future chain hires. He/She will help with new customer acquisition in expansion markets all along the east-coast and beyond.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and maintain a close working relationship with Willies strategic chain customers.
Recruit and develop a chain growth strategy that will need to include current and future customer acquisition.
Build and implement customer specific growth plans and put the right plans in place to execute.
Build and execute customer specific marketing plans to increase ROS and drive greater visibility to the WSB portfolio.
Maximize the customer experience from chain to consumer
Perform clear and constant communication to Willies management team.
Embrace and collaborate in growing the Willies company culture.
Work with accounts in product education and staff trainings
Lay the foundation to increased placements in strategic chain accounts.
Helps to coordinate and represent Willies at festivals and sampling events.
Properly covey email orders, voice mail orders and text messages from chain customers to distribution partners
Must have 5-7 years of Beer Industry chain sales experience.
Must have 3-5 years of people responsibility.
Strong relationships with the retailers throughout the NE region
Candidates must have a passion for the craft beverage category as well as being well connected to the craft beer marketplace.
Candidates must have a passion for and focus on health and wellness
Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to interact effectively with distributors, management, and retailers
Excellent time, organizational, and project management skills
B2B sales experience with a strategic development mindset
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Must be able to build and maintain strong and lasting relationships
Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm and professionalism
Proficient in Excel, Outlook, IRI/Neilsens, iDIG, Tableau and PowerPoint
