About the Position
True View is seeking a full-time window and door sales representative for our growing window team in Phoenix, Arizona. This sales representative will work with homeowners and contractors in the Phoenix area to provide solutions for their vinyl and aluminum window and door needs. The ideal candidate is an experienced window sales professional who is self-motivated, ambitious, dependable, and excited by the opportunity to help grow our window department at True View. Strong customer service skills are a must.
True View distributes for various manufacturers, such as Milgard, MI Windows, and Anlin, offering sales and installation. We are not a “high pressure” sales company but rather one that partners with our customers to help them make the right decision.
Responsibilities Include:
· Answer inbound calls quickly and professionally. Follow up on leads.
· Schedule appointments and meet prospective customers in their homes and assist them with their window and door purchasing decisions.
· Maintain manufacturer and product knowledge. Stay familiar with online bid programs from dealers.
· Provide price quotes and proposals.
· Fill out estimates, contracts, and job costing and measure worksheets for orders.
· Track sales and pending proposals.
· Read and prepare take offs from blueprints.
· Some residential project management – oversee job from start to finish.
· Set, meet, and exceed goals.
Required Qualifications
· Familiarity with various window and door manufacturers, their products, and installation methods.
· Valid driver’s license with dependable transportation.
· Prior sales experience.
· Must be able to read and perform takeoffs from blueprints.
· Computer literacy.
· TEAM player.
· Candidate must pass a drug test and background check.
