We are searching for an individual who shares those qualities.We help companies become more circular and navigate the choppy waters of producer responsibility regulatory compliance.

You will be a spokesperson for our company’s producer responsibility organization, or PRO, services. Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to achieve rapid market penetration within the producer responsibility compliance space in Canada. The goal is to drive business development and sustainable financial growth through establishing and forging strong relationships with clients.

The Partnerships Manager must have a compelling sales personality with an ambitious and energetic mentality who can identify potential partners to promote and sell Ryse Solutions’ services, negotiate with stakeholders, and successfully close agreements. In addition, you will have experience in B2B sales in the compliance, environmental, e-commerce, consumer packaged goods, restaurant or retail fields.

The Partnerships Manager will responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the strategy focused on rapid, market growth, financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conducting research and identifying business and partnership opportunities
  • Developing new relationships to grow the business and promoting the company’s compliance and circular economy services to support clients’ objectives
  • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
  • Developing and implementation of marketing campaigns with the Marketing and Communications Team
  • Customer retention by delivering consistent after-sales support
  • Writing and creating business proposals and making virtual and in-person presentations
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Qualifications and Skills

  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, sustainability, or relevant field
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Knowledge of retail, consumer packaged goods, restaurant, and/or e-commerce industries preferred Excellent analytical, problem-solving, project management and decision-making skills
  • Proven stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, presentation, and listening skills
  • Advanced user of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task to meet multiple and concurring deadlines
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty

  • Team oriented orientation yet self motivated

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
