Job Description

We are looking for a highly energetic and capable lead generator.

Candidates should understand the value of high quality work. Our team thrives on personal accountability, and as a BDR your job will be to feed the beast, and deliver high quality leads to our Sales Consultants.

Candidates must possesses excellent communication skills. They must be comfortable in a fast-paced, quota-driven sales environment. In addition, the ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and be comfortable with constant change in customer needs, while prioritizing multiple tasks and competing projects.

  • Someone with the ability to ask good questions, and position the business as a critical part of the clients business operation. You need to know how to listen, teach, customize, and take control of the sales process.

  • We like learners. Candidates should look for ways to understand service offerings and ask thoughtful questions. Knowledge is power in our business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Produce sales-ready/warm leads in the form of appointments to the Sales Consultants.
  • Achieve personal quota of 10 qualified meetings per month.
  • Assist sales consultants with building up their pipeline with new business opportunities or partner/affiliate opportunities.
  • Ensure prompt follow up of all leads (inbound/outbound).
  • Utilize Hubspot to track all sales contact and opportunity data.
  • Prospect to both cold and warm leads.
  • Provide the highest level of professionalism and prospect satisfaction, while representing our brand with excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Marketing Knowledge
  • 1 year in an inside sales / business development role
  • Ability to establish strong relationships
  • Strong communication & phone presentation ability.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
