- Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers based within an assigned territory
- Develop and implement a consultative selling process
- Continually meet or exceed sales targets by offering company solutions to meet the needs of customers
- Maintain accurate records of all leads, prospects, customer accounts, and sales on CRM
- Monitor the company’s industry competitors and market conditions to understand a customer’s specific needs
- Collaborate with other team members to help build, maintain, and expand brand presence and sales revenue
- Stay relevant and abreast of latest industry trends and developments by attending meetings, workshops, and trainings
- Use the available data to analyze, understand and provide value added solutions to the customer
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
