Job Description

Dive into the exciting digital and tech marketing universe by joining our team. Ubiweb is an emerging agency offering digital solutions to small and medium sized businesses. We are looking for a sales representative to solidify our existing team. Under the guidance of our sales director, you will be in charge of developing new business partnerships and growing your existing client portfolio. If you wish to advance your sales career in digital marketing, this position is for you!
Your responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively with the sales director in order to develop new strategies to increase your sales network and consistently reach monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets;
  • Generate new sales opportunities by communicating with potential clients provided though the marketing department or by prospecting. Communications are primarily conducted over the phone or via email;
  • Advising and selling digital products and solutions to business owners that best suits their specific needs;
  • Conducting follow-ups with prospective and existing clients to offer an exceptional customer service;
  • Managing existing clients’ data using Hubspot, insuring that all communications are recorded and listed;
  • Being a quality ambassador for the entire Ubiweb team.

What you can bring to the team:

  • Over 2 years of sales experience (face-to-face or cold calling);
  • Ability to achieve or exceed sales objectives;
  • Knowledge in digital marketing is an asset or willingness to acquire new knowledge (Website, SEO, SEM, Community management, etc.);
  • Fluent in English and French (spoken and written);
  • Excellent customer service skills, particularly communication over the telephone, which includes good listening skills as well as exceptional verbal and written communication skills;
  • Capability of excelling in a competitive work environment, being energetic and numbers driven.
