Position Summary

MASA is currently searching for a talented addition to join our B2B sales operations team. We are looking for a Business Analyst to provide analysis and solutions to our existing B2B operations and business strategy. This role will work with our sales operations team assisting with project and change initiatives by determining and implementing business rules, procedures, user-acceptance tests, execution, and business readiness (SOPs, training, communication) The Business Analyst will also work with the operations team providing financial analysis and modeling for budgeting and forecasting. This position will provide financial analyses, presentations, and revenue tracking tools that are critical to the business.

Job Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Create project plans as it relates to the installation of new processing software
  • Coordinate the clean-up and reconciliations of administrative files
  • Work with the information technology team to develop and implement an information systems program that ensures use of appropriate information systems technology in all areas
  • Monitor and maintain commissions data reports for field and brokers and coordinate the revision of data
  • Support talent development through continuous improvement initiatives, performance assessment, coaching and evaluation, team member professional development, and active participation.
  • Develop quality controls as it relates to sales, presentations and PCI compliance.

Data Analytics & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, interpret, store, and present data on sales performance, market research, logistics, reporting, and other divisional KPI metrics to assist leadership with strategic decision-making
  • Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
  • Manage and refine current report effectiveness, working with IT team to process any changes
  • Create informative, actionable and repeatable reports which highlight relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement based on data analytics and new analyzation needs
  • Document all data and findings thoroughly and present to management

Operational Planning

  • Determine operational objectives by studying business functions including gathering information and evaluating output requirements and formats
  • Actively participate in implementation of operational changes to business
  • Conduct and coordinate related research to support strategic and business planning within various departments

Communication & Training

  • Provide courteous professional assistance and develop major announcements via emails and phone calls to individuals part of the division
  • Create and implement precise plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
  • Assist in developing messaging of new announcements, provide instruction and training on sales processes, leading training calls of new operational systems and developments
  • Effectively communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management

Requirements

The ideal Business Analyst should have experience in business management, data analyzation, process improvement, project management, marketing and strategy. This role also requires experience in implementing and providing training on new systems. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proficient in SQL, BI tools and Tableau is highly recommended.
