Job Description
Our client, a leading Insurance Company, is continuing to expand their presence throughout the Valley and is seeking to add a Senior Commercial Account Manager. This person will be responsible for managing the agency’s client base, and key accounts. The position will be responsible for thorough account reviews at renewal and at notice of operational changes, ongoing and annual coverage gap analysis, documented coverage recommendations and ongoing client support. This role requires previous Commercial Lines Account Management experience with strong customer service skills and the ability to work cohesively with a team of your peers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their insurance needs, questions, and concerns.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business operations and advising them on appropriate coverage.
- Assess risks associated with projects and coverage.
- Assist clients with renewals, endorsements, and claims.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in commercial insurance.
Requirements:
- 5 plus year of experience as a Commercial Account Manager
- Previous experience working directly for an Insurance Carrier, Broker, or Agency
- Active/Valid Insurance License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's Degree is strongly desired.
Salary/Benefits:
- $95,000 to $115,000 annually plus lucrative bonus
