Job Description

This is an entry-level sales role in the security consulting arena with the potential to grow into Inside Sales or Field Sales. Our company is a leading security and risk consulting company that helps some of the most visible and respected companies protect themselves and mitigate risk.
The Business Development Representative works with the Partners/Principals and works to connect with potential clients and customers. In partnership with the company leadership, we open doors, land deals, and provide a valuable service to our clients. If you are looking to land a sales role out of college and are looking to get your foot in the door in the exciting field of Security this is the role.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Outbound identification and development of connections opportunities within assigned accounts
  • Ability to work with senior company leadership
  • Follow up on Marketing-generated leads
  • Determine if a prospect is a match for Cential consulting, identify decision-makers, and hand-off to Cenital Partners for follow up and close
  • Maintain a pipeline of early-stage leads
  • Maintain activities and related data in CRM system (HubSpot)
  • Build strong relationships within the territory base using social channels like LinkedIn

Experience & Qualifications
Desired experience with a successful track record in one or more of the following areas:

  • 1-2 years of Sales Experience or related studies (sales, marketing, business, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree path
  • Adaptive to change
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable making calls against leads and working on a computer
  • Bonus if you’ve used Linkedin Navigator, Hubspot. Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, or related sales technologies

Contract length: 4 months

Part-time hours: 15 per week

Expected Start Date: 9/7/2021

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Door to Door Sales: 1 year (Required)
  • Outbound sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales Quota: 1 year (Preferred)
