Works within a plant to support the customer requirements through timely order and purchase order entry until their product is shipped. This position will participate in building a strong relationship with customers by managing the internal reporting and feedback from them. It will also work as a liaison with the outside Sales Representative.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
Support customer requirement
Manages the reporting and follow up with the right contacts in particular regarding issues, delays, customer feedback, and quality complaints.
Assist the accounting team with the identification of customer ownership related to aged inventory and its disposition.
Following company protocols, policies and goals while acting on opportunities to optimize the efficiency of the department.
Participate in Safety awareness, training, and ergonomic practices within the facility.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
1-2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales
Previous experience in the wine industry is preferred
Experience with project development is an asset
