As our Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll play a vital role at Affinity. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us implement and continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback and designing scalable best-practice solutions. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us; therefore, the Analyst should enjoy all aspects of user management, including support tickets, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
What you’ll be doing:

All aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
Sandbox environment management
Support business users and help solve simple to complex application issues.
Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
Own the communication of any platform changes to end-users and stakeholders
Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
Working with integrated applications including DocuSign, Outreach, Gong, Hubspot & Totango

Qualifications
Required:

Certified Salesforce Administrator
2+ years of experience delivering enterprise software solutions using Salesforce.com in an enterprise environment
2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud.
Experience with Lead to Opportunity business processes, including quotes, orders, and revenue management.
Experience writing detailed specifications of user requirements, business processes, and procedures required to develop and implement software solutions.
A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
Knowledge of end-users designing scalable, best practice solutions
Experience training end-users and key stakeholders
Experience in change management and governance
Excellent relationship-building skills
The ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree, or professional qualification

Assets:

Additional Salesforce certifications, e.g., Advanced Administrator, or Platform App Builder
Trailhead Badges / Super Badges
Led or been part of a Salesforce implementation.

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
