Job Summary: *
Alviere is looking for an Outbound Business Development Representative (BDR) responsible for the outbound prospecting of new clients. BDRs drive market share and qualify leads that help build pipeline for the sales organization.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Outbound prospecting and appointment setting within select companies via cold calling, email and social media
  • Work closely with Sales Management and individual Sales Reps to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive appointment setting for new business
  • Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and develop accounts to stimulate opportunity
  • Demonstrate the value of our offering through phone calls, email, LinkedIn and other social mediums
  • Disseminate opportunities to appropriate AE, educating rep as necessary about the opportunity
  • Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
  • Update sales development activities and prospect interaction in Hubspot to ensure efficient lead management and closed loop feedback
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of sales qualified leads/AE meetings, acceptance of meetings and Opportunities generated
  • All other duties assigned

A successful Business Development Representative will have the following:

  • Proven experience as a BDR, Sales Account Executive or similar role
  • Experience in technology or SaaS fields is strongly desired
  • Experience using LinkedIn would be a strong plus
  • Experience with a CRM, specifically Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation
