About the role
What you'll do
- Owns the overall health, profitability and growth of assigned accounts.
- Serve as the primary contact for smaller client accounts, handling day-to-day communications, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Support Senior Account Managers and Project Managers in managing larger client accounts.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of client projects from ideation to execution.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and budget management, making sure that all projects remain within scope and on time.
- Monitor and maintain client budgets and offer creative solutions to manage scope changes.
- Tracks all projects and ensures clients are billed correctly and on time through Quickbooks Online.
- Input action items and track project progress using Teamwork or similar project management tools.
- Create and distribute agendas for client meetings and follow up with detailed action items and notes.
- Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.
- Anticipate potential project or client issues, proactively addressing them with creative solutions.
- Follows our documentation process for important client approvals and requests.
- Creates campaign or initiative-level briefs for all internal departments and oversees project level briefs.
Assist in preparing quarterly and annual client reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years working as an Account or Project Manager or similar position for marketing, creative, and/or web projects.
- Experience working in an agency environment is a plus.
- Is a highly effective communicator with a warm enthusiastic attitude.
- Meticulously organized with the ability to prioritize and solve problems.
- Demonstrated success in managing people and client relationships.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online marketing channels.
- Brings enthusiasm to the workplace and is motivated by a challenge.
Ability to manage upselling new business to current client base.
