As a Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for fueling our growth by reaching net-new logos with a focus on selling our technology solutions to banks and credit unions. You’ll be working closely with C-suite executives to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide for aligning our solutions to solving their needs.

What you’ll own:
- Strategic Sales: As the primary sales driver, you will be responsible for acquiring net new logos (Banks and Credit Unions) through proactive prospecting and outbound strategic sales efforts. You will identify and establish connections with key decision-makers based on specific personas, showcasing our extensive product and industry expertise to deliver effective technology solutions.
- Partnership Development: Collaborate with the partnership team to leverage our strategic partnerships and inbound referral leads, securing new clients and exploring growth opportunities. By maximizing partner referrals and fostering new connections, you'll help drive the expansion of our client base within the industry.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Execute focused and consistent prospecting efforts using various strategies, including research combined with outbound call and email tactics. Additionally, you will actively participate in conferences and industry events to promote the Kinective brand, generate new leads, and raise market awareness about our innovative company and advanced technology solutions.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with our marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns, ensuring a consistent flow of leads and opportunities. Your contributions will play a vital role in driving business growth and increasing market visibility while formulating your own direct path to success.

Requirements:Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Sales Account Executive (or similar) role.
- 2+ years of experience in software or technology sales.
- Experience in banking preferred (our target audience are bank and credit union executives).
- Confidence in learning quickly and talking with true C-suite executives.
- A proven history of success and ability to articulate wins.

The Team
In this role, you would be a part of the Sales Team and reporting to Manager, SMB Sales.
Office Expectation
This role is HYBRID (4 Days in-office). Our hours are 8am - 5pm.
We’re proud to have a beautiful space in Gilbert, AZ stocked with all of your favorite snacks and a lifetime supply of caffeine (coffee, tea, you name it). Our office has dedicated desks, private call booths, and plenty of spots for inspiration.
