Working with TELUS’ and their Premier Vendor Partner, this exciting position will challenge your sales abilities and give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience with the potential for career progression. We have an exciting atmosphere and eligible applicants will possess a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment. You will be expected to meet and exceed personal sales objectives by pursuing new customers within assigned territory and developing a network of contacts through which prospective customers are obtained, thus leading to future sales.

The position is for our Calgary location.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day responsibilities to generate new customers in an assigned high-volume territory
  • Ensure productive and positive relationships with prospective customers
  • Direct, face to face communication with customers through various sales methods
  • Execute promotions and meeting and exceed sales goals
  • Client acquisition, relationship building, and follow-ups
  • Meet performance targets for sales and quality
  • Document customer orders in an accurate and timely manner

  • Knowledge of and experience in applying field sales techniques
  • Self-driven with an entrepreneurial edge

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Professional, confident and well presented
  • Able to work full-time hours Monday to Friday
  • Should be able to pass a background check and be 18 years or older
