SUMMARY
The Sales Coordinator(Coordinador/a de Ventas") assists the Director of Sales and Sales Managers in performing a wide range of complex and confidential administrative duties to support your team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests and clients.
- Answers phone efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinates and organizes the sales office and supplies.
- Ensures that all sales activities are logged in a timely and accurate manner.
- Responsible for the coordination and implementation of new procedures and is supporting contact between hotel and program provider.
- Creates and maintains client database in Delphi.
- Prepares memorandums and assists with timely submission of contracts and proposals.
- Orders office supplies and maintains an inventory of supplies and sales collateral.
- Effectively utilizes office systems (Delphi, Microsoft Word, and Excel).
- Participates in the safety program and is involved in keeping working area and property safe and productive.
- Organize and implement administrative systems & procedures, and perform necessary support duties for the Sales team.
- Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Two-year associates degree, trade school degree, professional certification, or any equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience and/or training.
- A combination of experience, education, and/or training may be substituted for either requirement.
- Experience in dealing with the public is preferred, such as retail cashier, food industry service, guest service with public contacts, etc.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays is required.
- Ability to maintain a friendly, team-oriented, positive attitude and a professional appearance at all times.
- Ability to stand, kneel, squat for prolonged periods of time, up to and including, the entire shift and lift up to 25 lbs.
- The following position will be filled in accordance with the process set forth in California Labor Code Section 2810.8 and San Diego Municipal Code 311.0101 et. seq.
