With MuleSoft’s rapid growth, we are seeking a Sr. Manager / Director of Global Programs to drive scale, structure, and consistency across our enablement programs. You will serve as a people leader, expanding and developing a quickly growing team. Specific responsibilities for the team include:
Ownership of the MuleSoft Sales Process Enablement of our customer-facing messaging, foundational knowledge and operational processes & tools Enablement strategy for our joint go-to-market motion with Salesforce Programs & enablement of our AE & Sales Leader Talent Development Lifecycle Management of large-scale enablement programs, including certifications, Kickoff, and more As a successful candidate, you are a strong people leader who is self-directed in building a strategy and team. You come with enablement experience and understand how to build high-impact programs that feature best-in-class content and a blend of virtual and in-person learning experience.
The location for this role is either San Francisco, Chicago or Atlanta.
- 10+ years working experience; 4+ years in sales enablement, sales productivity, or Product Marketing. Previous Account Executive experience a strong plus
- People leadership and hiring experience
- Experience with Challenger Selling and MEDDIC is a strong plus
- Ability to create content and programs that drive long-term knowledge, skill, and behavior change within the sales organization
- Deep understanding of software selling and sales methodologies
- Excellent written and visual content creation with an eye for detail
- Strong executive presence, communication, and influence skills
- Comfort working autonomously as a self-starter
- Comfort in working cross-functionally, balancing the needs of multiple groups
