Position: Business Development Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for making out-bound phone calls, sending social media messages, and emails to prospective clients to promote our services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients on a daily basis (50-75 calls per day).
  • Send marketing messages through different social media platforms
  • Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening. Present our services to potential customers.
  • Schedule warm lead calls for our Business Director to conduct with interested customers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product/service knowledge.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • A self-starter with a hunter's mentality
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
