Position: Business Development Specialist
Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for making out-bound phone calls, sending social media messages, and emails to prospective clients to promote our services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients on a daily basis (50-75 calls per day).
- Send marketing messages through different social media platforms
- Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening. Present our services to potential customers.
- Schedule warm lead calls for our Business Director to conduct with interested customers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
- Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product/service knowledge.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- A self-starter with a hunter's mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
