Overview:

eCommerce Customer Service Representative

Full-time, $16.00/Hr

Monday - Friday, 8 Hours per day

At Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy, we believe in providing customized shopping experiences, building relationships with our clientele and working collaboratively across all store functions. In addition to our ECommerce website, we proudly operate 28 boutique drug stores across six different states and employ over 500 top tier Practitioners, Pharmacists and Managers. Our spa-like atmosphere proves to be an outstanding work environment and the occasion to share your knowledge others presents itself regularly.

We're actively hiring Customer Service enthusiasts with call center experience to answer and resolve customer calls and emails regarding our Ecommerce sales and products. Our CS Team Members are can-doers and problem solvers with the brightest dispositions around!


Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Prior customer service experience that includes troubleshooting and conflict resolution
  • Ability to talk on the phone, enter information into the computer, research and resolve customer issues
  • Strong computer skills, experience with Excel, Word and Outlook email
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail and desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Relationship building and interpersonal interaction expertise


Job Duties:

  • Answering account questions
  • Opening customer accounts
  • Maintaining customer records and accounts including processing customer adjustments
  • Product or service problem resolution; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
  • Identifying program and account issues
  • Maintaining financial accounts by processing customer adjustments
  • Providing product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
