Représentant des ventes (Représentant en développement des affaires) - Québec

Le représentant en développement des affaires est responsable de développer, de faire croitre ainsi que de générer de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires pour différentes gammes de produits. Les principales fonctions de ce rôle sont de repérer des pistes de vente qualifiés et de trouver des clients potentiels. Ce poste permettra de susciter de l’intérêt pour les applications cibles industrielles et institutionnelles incluant les solutions de traitement d’eau, le traitement de surface, la métallurgie, les applications de nettoyage et d’assainissement pour les clients du marché intermédiaire.

Les responsabilités comprennent, sans toutefois se limiter à :

  • Générer et qualifier de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires dans les produits chimiques industriels grâce à la prospection et à l’identification des clients à contacter via des appels à froid ainsi que la sensibilisation par courriel.
  • Gérer la base de données.
  • Développer, faire croitre ainsi que générer de nouvelles opportunités de ventes en cédulant des rendez-vous, en assistant aux premières réunions et tenir des présentations a titres informatifs pour des client potentiels sur les produits et services que nous offrons.
  • Soutenir l’acquisition de nouveaux clients en assurant l’exécution d’un processus de vente discipliné visant à offrir un haut niveau de service client en améliorant l’intégrité de l’utilisation de l’eau.
  • Exécuter un processus de vente basés sur les opportunités en commençant avec la prospection jusqu’à la clôture des ventes et entretenir un pipeline de ventes organisé ainsi que procéder à l’enregistrement d’activités à l’aide de notre logiciel CRM.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les indicateurs clés de performance incluant les appels cédulés, les appels complétés, les opportunités qualifiées et les opportunités fermées lors de vos réunions.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les clients pour bien comprendre leurs besoins uniques et recommander des produits, des services et des possibilités qui auront pour but l’amélioration continu de l’intégrité de l’utilisation de l’eau.
  • Développer des relations solides avec les clients qui incluent plusieurs points de contact.

Exigences minimales :

  • Baccalauréat en Administration des Affaires, Marketing, Sciences ou dans un domaine connexe
  • Personne déterminée et compétitive qui a de l’expérience de travail dans le domaine de la vente
  • Personne très motivée avec une volonté d’apprendre les produits et services en détail
  • Expérience d’utilisation d’un logiciel CRM
  • Compétences interpersonnelles solides, avec la capacité d’établir des rapports avec tous les clients et partenaires externes
  • Compétences organisationnelles solides et bonne gestion du temps
  • Expérience de travail antérieur dans l’industrie du traitement de l’eau est un atout
  • Permis de conduire valide

Sales Representative (Business Development Representative) - Quebec

The Business Development Representative is responsible for building a sales pipeline and generating new business opportunities for our variety of product lines. The core functions of this role is to prospect and qualify new leads. This position will prospect and raise interest in industrial and institutional target applications, including water treatment solutions, surface finishing, metalworking, cleaning and sanitation applications to customers in the middle market.


Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities in Industrial Chemicals through prospecting and identifying clients to contact via cold calling and email outreach
  • Manage opportunity database
  • Responsible for building a sales pipeline through booking appointments, attending first meetings, and conducting presentations to provide prospects with information about our products and services.
  • Support acquiring new customers through the execution of a disciplined sales process aimed at delivering high customer value through improving water use integrity
  • Responsible for executing opportunity-based sales processes from prospecting through to closing sales and maintaining an organized pipeline and activity records using our CRM software
  • Reach and exceed key performance indicators including calls scheduled, calls completed, qualified opportunities and closed opportunities from your meetings
  • Work closely with customers to understand the unique business needs and recommend products, services, and continuous improvement opportunities that will improve water use integrity
  • Responsible for developing strong customer relationships which include multiple points of contact


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Science or a related field
  • Driven and competitive individual who has past experience working in sales
  • Highly motivated individual with a willingness to learn the products and services in detail
  • Experience using a CRM software
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with all clients and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills and time management
  • Previous experience working in the water treatment industry is an asset
  • Valid Driver’s license
