Job Description

The Salesperson works with professionalism and consistency to successfully achieve sales goals by helping customers Bring to life their dream kitchen.

Reporting Relationship
The salesperson reports to the manager as applicable.

Duties and Relationships
  • Visits customer's house to do sales presentation on previously agreed upon times.
  • Creates outside leads and sales other than those generated by the advertising.
  • Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.
  • Gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.
  • Photographs the remodeling jobs that are being measured to provide “before” photographs for the showroom album.
  • Gathers information on all job-related products in order to provide a presentation to the customer.
  • Assembles a quote and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.
  • Revises quotes or drawings as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.
  • Collects down payment from customers.
  • Communicates necessary information to KTU Design Services to enable them to complete a kitchen design order. Or, if KTU Design Services is not used complete and place the order him(her)self.
  • Completes the Project Scope sheet to enable the Administrative Assistant to type the purchase order.
  • Initiates any job change orders.
  • Meets the installer at the job prior to installation to inspect and cover all necessary details.
  • Continues customer contact during the job and monitor all related activities.
  • Processes all credit card payments from the customer.

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
