Description

Primarily responsibilities include managing customer relationships and taking all necessary steps in accordance with internal policies and procedures to bring loans to a close status. This will include working with clients and vendors and conducting in-house operations from sales to funding. Must adhere to the established turn-around time and productivity goal.

Responsibilities

Main contact and support between Brokers, Borrowers, and all other internal departments, including Sales, Underwriting, Docs, and Funding, while maintaining high customer service.
Monitor and manage a large pipeline to ensure timely funding of loans.
Order and verify third-party services as it pertains to the loan.
Ensure all deadlines concerning approval letters, Status requests, cancellations, and declinations are met.
Monitor all incoming documents & verify data.
Obtain necessary provisions from brokers and clear any provisions before submitting the loan to underwriting.
All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of mortgage Account Manager or loan processing experience.
In-depth knowledge of all guidelines.
Nonqm product knowledge is a huge plus.
Familiarity with LendingQB/Meridian Link.
Able to demonstrate a proactive, hardworking, flexible, and able to work under their own initiative but also a team player.
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products.
Strong customer service and time management skills are a must.
Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time-sensitive industry
A high degree of attention to detail.
Demonstrated high organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
