As an Account Executive, you will be part of our high-velocity sales team. Your role will be to manage the entire sales process, contact inbound leads, identify their problems, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals. You will be supported by state-of-the-art inbound lead generation software and analytics, as well as a comprehensive set of marketing initiatives. The Role

  • You will lead project discoveries with customers and new users to understand applications and requirements
  • You work and communicate closely with Vention Application Engineers to manage the development of projects using our mind-blowing 3D MachineBuilder design tool and MachineLogic simulation tool
  • You act as the primary point of contact for a new client account set up with the client point of contact
  • You develop existing business opportunities and prospect for potential new opportunities with existing clients
  • You collaborate with the company senior executives to develop new strategies to grow the sales pipeline and consistently meet monthly quarterly and annual targets
  • You take part in the hiring process by interviewing candidates and providing feedback


  • You are proficient in English and another major European language is a plus
  • You bring 2-4 years experience in a sales or a customer service position
  • You have strong communication skills and are at ease presenting to clients
  • You have a passion for serving clients and the ability to listen and detect client needs
  • You showed the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You have a deep interest in engineering topics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - The proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
