CUSTOMER SUCCESS SPECIALIST

You will be responsible for customer success and retention while assisting the clinical department with scheduling and client communication. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage client retention by analyzing daily usage of the Handtevy Mobile application.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with existing clientele through phone conversations, emails, and meetings
  • Make a high volume of outbound calls daily
  • Assist the clinical department with client communication and scheduling

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Detail-oriented, organized and confident
  • Polished phone presence and extremely professional
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Utilize active listening skills to focus and control conversations
  • Competitive spirit and knows how to have fun too!

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Four year college degree preferred
  • Customer Success experience (2 years preferred)
  • Strong computer skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, a plus
  • Bilingual, a plus

FULL TIME POSITION IDEAL FOR INDIVIDUAL PASSIONATE ABOUT CHANGING THE CARE PROVIDED TO CRITICALLY ILL PEDIATRIC PATIENTS IN THE FIELD WITH EXPERIENCE IN MEDICAL SALES (EMS AND HOSPITALS) AND/OR TECHNOLOGY SALES.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $32.00 per hour
