In your role as Senior Sales Development Representative, your primary focus will be closing deals and driving revenue growth. Appointments will be pre-set for you, allowing you to concentrate on understanding client needs, presenting tailored options, and closing sales. Your innovative strategies will play a crucial role in generating revenue for the company, and your ability to build rapport will set the stage for long-term relationships. You’ll ensure that each potential client has a positive and educational experience while exploring how our solutions can lead to their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes.
- Engage in strong phone sales to effectively connect with clients.
- Manage your sales funnel by implementing strategies to address key friction points and improve conversion rates.
- Present our solutions clearly and confidently to interested clients.
- Follow up on presentations to answer questions and move the sales process forward.
- Collaborate with clients to build financial success plans for their long-term growth.
- Evaluate client needs and financial status through effective discovery processes.
- Work alongside the marketing team to ensure alignment with market messaging and outreach strategies.
- Create compelling value propositions that motivate clients to take action.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall success rates.
- Demonstrate market intelligence and enthusiasm in all interactions.
In terms of performance metrics, you will be held accountable for revenue production, prospecting warm leads, qualifying and scheduling appointments, and effectively managing CRM data. You’ll deliver impactful sales presentations, set clear expectations for clients, and ensure a positive client experience reflected in our Net Promoter Score (NPS).
To excel in this role, candidates will need to demonstrate intelligence, a strong work ethic, negotiation skills, tenacity, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. Experience with phone sales, a history of meeting quotas, and the capability to find creative solutions for clients are essential. Familiarity with technology tools like G-Suite and sales platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce (SFDC) is also required, while real estate experience is a plus.
