Job Description

Recently chosen as the fastest growing Canadian company by Globe & Mail, SGH Logistics, is a rapidly growing asset based logistics company is currently in search of a Logistics Sales Consultant to join our team. As a third-party logistics company, our ongoing challenge is establishing new customers while servicing our established ones.

Must have skills and traits we are looking for:

· Computer literate and able to learn quickly

· Detail oriented and able to prioritize

· Efficient on the phones

· Fluent English (written & verbal)

· Able to work under pressure

· Strong Negotiation skills

· Excel in a fast-paced work environment

· Customer service

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Organized with the ability to meet tight deadlines under stress

· Ability to multitask efficiently

Daily tasks as a Logistics Sales Representative:

· Cold calling

· Quoting / Pricing (Calling our pool of carriers and obtaining rates for customers)

· Booking freight with sub-contractors (tracing will be managed by our in-house team)

Salary: $55,935.00-$75,378.00 per year
